Calcium silicon ancient building tile structure

CALCIUM SILICON ANCIENT BUILDING TILE utilizes a three-layer co-extrusion structure and HERE technology. The major raw materials include SODIUM SILICATE, NANO MODIFIED CALCIUM, and PMMA/ASA.

Surface Layer: The PMMA film features excellent weather resistance alongside strong physical and mechanical properties. Coated on the tile surface, it resists natural elements such as ultraviolet rays, wind, acid, alkali, and salt. It enhances structural stability under frequent temperature shifts from -40°C to 80°C, maintaining a very low fading rate.

Middle Core Skeleton Layer: Made of sodium silicate and nano-modified calcium. Sodium silicate provides strong adhesion, delivering excellent tensile strength and toughness. Nano-modified calcium offers superior plasticizing effects with fewer impurities, effectively improving rigidity, toughness, finish, bending strength, processing performance, and dimensional stability.

Bottom Layer: Toughness-enhancing materials are integrated into the skeleton layer base to stabilize impact resistance, tensile force, and overall structural integrity. This greatly reduces the thermal expansion and contraction rate of the product.
