    This ENHANCED HEAT - INSULATION SERIES CALCIUM SILICON ANCIENT BUILDING TILE uses a Four-layer co-extrusion structure and HERE technology. Major raw materials include SODIUM SILICATE, NANO MODIFIED CALCIUM, PMMA/ASA, and a sandwich of PVC + FIBERGLASS + PVC.

    The surface layer PMMA film has excellent features, such as good weather resistance and strong physical and mechanical properties. It is covered on the surface of the tile to resist various invasions such as ultraviolet rays, wind, acid, alkali, and salt substances in the natural environment. It enhances the structural stability of the tile under environments of frequent alternation of high and low temperatures from -40° to 80°, maintaining a very low fading rate.

    The middle core skeleton layer is made of sodium silicate and nano-modified calcium. Sodium silicate has good adhesion, which makes the tiles possess excellent tensile strength and toughness. Nano-modified calcium provides a better plasticizing effect and fewer impurities, effectively improving the rigidity, toughness, finish, and bending strength of the tiles, while improving processing performance and dimensional stability.

    The bottom layer of the ENHANCED HEAT INSULATION calcium silicon ancient building tiles features two kinds of heat-insulated materials: high-quality thermal insulation materials, and a "PVC + FIBERGLASS + PVC" sandwich layer. The double heat-insulated design reduces heat transfer of the tile itself, and the thermal expansion and contraction rate is also greatly reduced, extending the service life up to 50 years.
