Product Description

CALCIUM SILICON ANCIENT BUILDING TILE uses a three-layer co-extrusion structure and HERE technology. Major raw materials include SODIUM SILICATE, NANO MODIFIED CALCIUM, PMMA/ASA.
The surface layer PMMA/ASA film has excellent features, such as good weather resistance, and strong physical and mechanical properties. It is covered on the surface of the tile to resist various invasions such as ultraviolet rays, wind, acid, alkali, and salt substances in the natural environment. It enhances structural stability under environments with frequent high and low temperature alternation from -40° to 80°, keeping the fading rate very low.
The middle core skeleton layer is made of sodium silicate and nano-modified calcium. Sodium silicate provides good adhesion, giving the tiles excellent tensile strength and toughness. Nano-modified calcium provides a better plasticizing effect with fewer impurities, effectively improving the rigidity, toughness, finish, bending strength, processing performance, and dimensional stability of the tiles.
The bottom layer of the tile body is specially enhanced with thermal insulation materials to effectively prevent heat transfer, reduce indoor and outdoor temperature exchange, improve the thermal insulation performance of the house, and lower the energy consumption of air conditioning and heating systems.
Classification
We have created three product categories: Basic series, Heat Insulation series, and Enhanced Heat Insulation series.
To distinguish them, we use different colors for the bottom layer. Clients can select PMMA in 2 different thicknesses: 0.12mm and 0.3mm.
There are a total of 6 specifications, numbered from 1 to 6, with performance increasing in sequence.
Advantages
The thermal expansion and contraction rate is much lower than synthetic resin tiles and very close to steel. The structure remains stable and does not easily deform between -40°C and 80°C.
Coated with super weather-resistant PMMA, protecting against UV rays and natural erosion. Color is long-lasting with only a 5% fading rate over 15 years.
Made with high-strength materials and HERE composite technology, achieving 3 times the impact and load resistance of similar products. Highly resistant to heavy rain, hail, and construction foot traffic.
Constructed with B1 grade fireproof raw materials, ensuring excellent flame retardancy and instant self-extinguishing properties once removed from a fire source.
Proven by corrosion tests to resist chemicals like acids, alkalis, and salts. Highly suitable for acid rain areas, corrosive industrial gases, and high-salinity coastal environments.
The high-density material combined with a unique curved surface structure effectively dampens sound propagation, offering excellent sound insulation.
Requires no regular maintenance under normal conditions. Will not grow moss or grass like clay and cement. Rainwater keeps them clean, and repairs are quick if damage occurs.
Thermal conductivity is less than 0.325 w/h, reducing heat exchange between indoors and outdoors, preserving energy, and lowering heating and cooling carbon emissions.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
A: These tiles are designed for long-term durability, featuring a service life of 30 to 50 years and coming with a 30-year warranty.
A: The tiles are manufactured using a three-layer co-extrusion structure consisting of Sodium Silicate, Nano Modified Calcium, and a PMMA/ASA surface film.
A: They have a very low thermal expansion and contraction rate. Their structure remains highly stable and resistant to deformation in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 80°C.
A: Yes, they are made from B1 grade fireproof raw materials, ensuring they extinguish instantly once the source of the fire is removed.
A: Under normal conditions, they require no maintenance. Their composition prevents the growth of green moss and grass, and they are designed to self-clean when it rains.
A: The surface layer protects the tiles from UV rays, wind, acid rain, and salt erosion, ensuring excellent weather resistance and a low color fading rate of just 5% over 15 years.
