    Calcium silicon ancient building tile structure

    CALCIUM SILICON ANCIENT BUILDING TILE utilizes a three-layer co-extrusion structure and advanced HERE technology. The major raw materials include SODIUM SILICATE, NANO MODIFIED CALCIUM, and PMMA/ASA.

    Surface Layer: PMMA/ASA Film

    Features excellent weather resistance alongside strong physical and mechanical properties. Positioned on the surface of the tile, it blocks UV rays, wind, acid, alkali, and salt. It ensures structural stability in temperature ranges from -40°C to 80°C with an incredibly low fading rate.

    Middle Core Skeleton Layer

    Made of sodium silicate and nano-modified calcium. Sodium silicate provides adhesion for superior tensile strength and toughness. Nano-modified calcium plasticizes the mixture, eliminating impurities to optimize rigidity, bending strength, and dimensional stability.

    Bottom Layer

    Enhanced with dedicated thermal insulation materials to restrict heat transfer through the tile body. This minimizes indoor and outdoor temperature exchange, boosting the building's overall thermal performance and cutting HVAC energy costs.

    Classification

    We offer three distinct product categories: Basic series, Heat Insulation series, and Enhanced Heat Insulation series.

    To distinguish them visually, we utilize different colors for the bottom layer. Clients can select PMMA in two thickness options: 0.12mm and 0.3mm.
